‘If your eyes could speak what would they say?’

Saw this quote in one of my lessons today. My R.E teacher always has a new quote on the board every Monday morning first period and this week the quote really stood out to me. It reminded me of some of the tips I have been given for exposures whilst I’ve been in therapy. Along the lines of the anxiety you feel when being exposed to the worry will be very strong to start of with, but eventually it will die down with time no matter how uncomfortable it may feel. I don’t know this quote just really made me think and I was like ‘I have to write this down!’ When I saw this quote I had so many ideas in my head about what this quote meant to me and now try to write them down I’m like ‘errrrrrmmm I don’t know…’ Never mind! I suppose everyone can interpret this differently, but I thought it would be a good thing to share with you! Let me know what you think of this quote. Comment or tweet me! See you!
